For those requiring technical services, professional technical service personnel will be sent to participate in the unpacking acceptance and guide the installation and commissioning until the equipment operates normally.

3. Ensure to provide users with excellent pre-sale, sales and after-sales service, and provide users with comprehensive introduction of product performance and use methods, and provide relevant information. Have the obligation to invite the demander to participate in the technical design review of the supplier when necessary.

4. According to the needs of users, we will hold business training on equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology for the demander. To track the quality of key users, visit users, and constantly improve the performance and quality of products according to the needs of users.

5. The warranty period is 12 months for the equipment (product) operation, and Yuanhang is responsible for the quality problems during the warranty period, and implements "Three Guarantees" (repair, replacement and return).

6. For products beyond the "Three Guarantees" period, we guarantee to provide maintenance accessories and do a good job of maintenance service according to the needs of users. The spare parts and wearing parts of the products are provided with factory price discount.

7. After receiving the quality problem information reflected by users, reply or send service personnel within 2 hours to arrive at the scene as soon as possible, so that users are not satisfied and the service will not stop.
